Handbrake for Windows
Do you have a ton of DVDs? Want to watch them on your iPod? For years, the best DVD ripping program, Handbrake, was only available for Mac. But the unthinkable has happened. Handbrake has been ported for Windows. It’s still in the experimental beta stages, but you can download a PC version of Handbrake now.
If you are unfamiliar with Handbrake, it’s a GPL’d multiplatform, multithreaded DVD to MPEG-4 ripper/converter. Here’s a MethodShop.com tutorial on how to use Handbrake.

This Guide is specificly for MAC users only .. but some features of windows will be clarified as well .. so i hope this post will help you … Firstly when you open your i pod pack .. which is a black box or white with your i pod picture on it just so you know .. the picture is exactly the size of your i pod and what it should look like … EXACTLY secondly open the pack … you should find : a) an ear phone b) your iPOD c) a black cover d) USB cable e) instructions ( basic ) f) sticker g) a universal adapter stand …. so okay .. firstly charge up your i pod for 4 hours (recomended) and then use it … check the battery life as it is advertised ……14 hrs for playback ( music ) and 3.5 hrs for (movies) and then here are some things that can help …. firstly uploading dvd movies into ur ipod …. -> use HANDBRAKE .. a free software ONLY for mac users ! ( but now also for windows … ) press this link to go there and download .. HANDBRAKE so just follow the instructions for easy dvd transfer .. about 1/2 an hour 4 a normal window … okay now to change video format for ur ipod … go to this link : EDIT VIDEO okay to put music … use limewire and than put it into itunes and than …. presto .. drag the mucis to ur ipod link for limewire : LIMEWIRE so now … other features of the ipod are .. photos .. calenders .. notes ,, and more …. for more info go to this site for troubleshooting : APPLE IPOD SUPPORT and for the online manual go here ….
