We had a recall at the time of your issue for the exact problem you outlined. We attempted to contact everyone who had purchased a unit that was affected. If you have not already been in contact with us, we will be happy to get you a replacement unit. I am sorry for the trouble

Major thumbs down on the new Sleeptracker Pro.

When the “Pro” was released, I was looking forward to using the new vibrating alarm feature. Unfortunately the first night I used it, the contacts on the back of the watch rusted and left me with a small electrical burn on the back of my wrist. This one definitely isn’t water resistant!

That might be handy for getting up for my morning UNI Class
