I’m a fan of the “one device, many uses” concept though – its good to see more and more things coming together.

There’s already a package that does this for those of us with Pocket PCs – Destinator Australia http://www.destinator.com.au/ (works on Pocket PC) – street price around AUD$540. http://www.ja-gps.com.au/ sseems hto have a pretty good range of products, some with bundles of GPS and PDAs. A competing product, Navman, http://www.navman.com/go/aus/ is only available with a PDA bundle but the on-screen display looks a bit more functional.

Is there a link for this one? Are there any Australian maps available? Is the software available standalone for those of us that already have PDAs? (I have a HP iPaq hx4700 – VGA screen – with bluetooth GPS)
