iPod Favourite Flavours.
OK, so I lied. There is still more news besides the new 4th generation iPod. According to AppleInsider the most popular colour iPod mini in the U.S. is silver, followed by pink, then blue, with green and gold equal last. At Macworld U.K. a poll showed slightly different results with the list being silver (46%), blue (26%), green (13%), pink (9%) and gold (6%), however, this may just be a reflection of the readers demographic. Mostly butch blokes that steer clear of girly colours. I’d imagine the U.S. results will hold true for Australia, but it’ll be interesting to see when they start to ship tomorrow. Macmall in Australia is advertising “limited quantities of all colours available for shipment”.
