iPod Nano Commercial with “1234″ Song
If you were watching any of the American football games this past Sunday, then you probably saw the new 3rd generation iPod Nano commercial. The ad features the upbeat and catchy song “1234″ by Canadian singer/songwriter Leslie Feist.

I really like this song\video. I think she has a lovely voice, and I must say that I think ms. Feist is a real “feast” for the eyes!

I thought that commercial/song was harmless at first, but I can’t get it out of my head and I’m getting to the point of needing to call Dr. Kevorkian to make it stop. Is there any way I can sue someone for damages or at least to get them to stop playing it a billion times a day?
